"The broad Kawi-Butak volcanic massif lies immediately east of Kelut volcano and south of Arjuno-Welirang volcano. The 2551-m-high Gunung Kawi was constructed to the NW of 2868-m-high Gunung Butak. No historical eruptions are known from either volcano, but both are primarily of Holocene age."  -Smithsonian Volcano Archive
