San Carlos
"San Carlos, a 2260-m-high basaltic shield volcano with a broad summit caldera, forms the toe on the SW side of boot-shaped Bioko (Fernando Poo) Island. San Carlos was classified as having been active during the last 2000 years (International Association of Volcanology and Chemistry of the Earth's Interior, 1973), although little is known of its geologic history."  -Smithsonian Volcano Archive
